巴黎统筹委员会（巴统）COCOM—Coordinating Committee (for Control of strategic materials and equipment to communist countries) (1949年11月在美国提议下成立的对社会主义国家实行封锁禁运的国际组织，设在巴黎。1994年底正式解散，1996年又以“瓦森纳安排Wassenaar Arrangement名义进行活动，总部设在维也纳。中国分别于2004年和2005年与“安排”举行了两轮对话。)
