妇人之仁fù rén zhī rénwomanly kindness
❍ 项王见人恭敬慈爱，言语呕呕，人有疾病，涕泣分食饮，至使人有功当封爵者，印刓敝，忍不能予，此所谓～也。(《史记·淮阴侯列传》2612) He is polite,kindly and an amiable talker. If a man falls ill he will shed tears and share his meal with him;but when a man renders such services that he deserves a fief,Xiang Yu plays with the seal till its corners are rubbed off before he can bring himself to part with it.
