卧榻之侧，岂容他人鼾睡卧榻鼾睡wò tà zhī cè , qǐ róng tā rén hān shuìhow can an outsider be allowed to sleep beside one’s bed? how can one tolerate people snoring at one’s bedside? how can one tolerate others encroaching on one’s preserve?/你可知宋太祖说的好： ‘～？’他们不来，咱们两个竟联起句来，明日羞他们一羞！(《红楼梦》992) As the old saying goes:‘How can an outsider be allowed to sleep beside one’s bed? ’Well,if they won’t join in,why don’t the two of us write a poem together? Tomorrow we can shame them with it. |
